Pack Securely

Place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the product is protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

Technical Inspection

Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for original condition and process your refund or replacement within 3-5 business days.
